Frontline has recently provided an upgrade allowing district employees to create one Frontline ID account to access their roles in all Frontline solutions. This change will eliminate the need for district employees to have a separate login ID for Absence Management, Recruiting & Hiring and Professional Growth.
You do NOT need to create a Frontline ID for dial-in access (you automatically have phone access). However, for web access you will need to select a new Frontline ID via your personal invitation email.
Username and Password
Frontline Education has recently implemented a change to login credentials for all web-based solutions. District employees previously used a unique login ID and password for each solution (Absence Management, Time and Attendance, Recruiting & Hiring, Jobulator, Professional Growth). Now, district employees will use a Frontline ID account to log into all of these Web applications. This account will also provide access to online training opportunities through the Frontline Education Professional Growth platform. In order to gain Web access, employees will need to create a Frontline ID account via the invitation email that they receive or by selecting “Create Frontline ID” from the sign-in page.
This change only applies to logging into Frontline Education’s Web applications. Employees will still use their phone/PIN combination when calling in to Absence Management, using the UCPS mobile app for professional growth, or when clocked in at a kiosk for Time and Attendance. Also, Jobulator users will continue to use their PIN and a 4-or-5-digit numeric telephone number or 6-digit multi-district substitute PIN for accessing the application.
Forgot Your Username or Password?
Frontline ID provides a single username and password for all roles across the Frontline solution, replacing the previous requirement for each district to have a unique login for Absence Management, Time and Attendance, Jobulator, and Recruiting and Hiring. Your district may still use your phone number and 4- or 5-digit numeric PIN when calling in, creating absences or jobs, and clocking in on a kiosk (for districts with Time and Attendance). Additionally, multi-district substitutes will continue to use a 6-digit numeric PIN and their Jobulator-specific email address.
If you forget your username or password, visit the Forgot Username or Password page. Enter the email address associated with your account and select a recovery method. Check your email inbox for a verification code sent to that email account. After completing the verification process, you will receive an email with a list of available usernames associated with that email account. Choose a username, and the sign-in page will reappears with that username automatically entered in the password field.
If you’re unable to log in, first try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. You may also need to close and reopen your browser before you can sign in again. If these steps don’t work, please contact the IT Support Center.
