The strongest One Piece character isn’t necessarily the most powerful. In fact, the strongest character in the series may not even be the main character! Doflamingo

Doflamingo is a very strong character, and one of the most hated antagonists in the One Piece series. Doflamingo’s greatest quality is his influence and deception. His shrewdness and influence gave him an upper hand in many battles, and his most powerful technique is the Parasite. This ability allowed him to close King Riku’s destiny in Dressrosa, forcing him to hurt his own people.
As one of the few characters in the series to be able to use all three types of Haki, Doflamingo pushes Luffy to his limits. In addition to Doflamingo, Shiryu of the Rain is another strong character. The former Chief of Impel Down is ranked 22nd on the list of One Piece’s 30 Strongest Living Characters. Edward
The son of Edward Newgate, the former Strongest Man of One Piece, Weevil is a powerful pirate. His strength rivals that of Whitebeard, the original Strongest Man of One Piece. His strength has led him to capture many allies of the Whitebeard Pirates and earn him a bounty of 480 million berries. His bounty is likely to be much higher once the Shichibukai system is abolished. He is currently on the lookout for Monkey D. Luffy and Marco the Phoenix.
While Edward has the strongest physical stats of any One Piece character, he has many flaws. He is deceptive and greedy. He has been accused of stealing Dark-Dark Fruit and Quake-Quake Fruit from his former comrades. Many One Piece fans consider him Shanks’ enemy.
Although Edward may be the strongest One Piece character, his enemies are not as strong as his allies. In addition to being the captain of the team, Rocks D. Xebec is also a powerful character.
