The Facebook-owned app Instagram has long been a staple of social media nourishment, but the app’s recent changes have left users a bit confused.

Previously, if you wanted to push a post from Feed to Instagram Stories, all you had to do was click the triangular Share button next to the Like and Comment icons and select your story.
